Basement and Platform...

are subject of the Buyer, unless Buyer request to be installed by the builder. The cost depends upon surface of the ground and the height of the platform. The construction of the Platform shall be made according to the Statical study by a licensed Civil Engineer. The surface mus be almost smooth and the permitted declination not to exceed 2 cm. Otherwise must be layered on Customer`s cost.

The used material is...

imported timber and derivatives of wood, Extraklite, isolated material Fiberglass, metallic netting, plaster, tiles (French type or Roman type) an any other material necessary and indicated it is incumbent upon according to climatological or morphological condition and Engineer`s Study.

The present organisation...

timber ist imported and escorted by special certificate of the Exporter. The roof is made according to statically study of the Civil Lincensed Engineer, the levelly and vertical crossbeam are of 5 x 10 cm, distance each other stanchions. All walls are tar coated at the level of one meter form the ground. All corners are openings placed with stanchions cut 10 x 10 cm. Level beams are placed on the upper and lower part of the wall i.e. all walls are made according to statically study and according to statically study and according the weight going through all connections are by metallic foils. The base made by vertical foils. Finally on completion of the interior walls all house is surroundet with a strong wooden beam.

The Roof of the Houses...

is made by imported timber and the study is carried out by a Lincensed Civil Engineer after making the top is covered by novopan wood, then nail strong dump proofing material and on top of all these are placed the tiles of French or Roman type, at customer satisfaction. The wooden external walls as well as the interior walls are covered on both sides, by slating of very strong Heraklith 2 x 0,60 m2 and 2,5 cm thickness. Aftermore an iron net is placed and after that, built up plaster specially studied for head isolation. The final thickness of the external walls is 20 cm. The interior walls are made by the same construction, but smaller in thickness.

Coatings...

All surfaces externally and some of the internally, are coated the country type or triptane, first coat with mixed cement and sand, the second coat with more cement and the third coat with white cement, sand and special material (ryzaki) fretting all over well. The cavities are made by Imported timber and are of standard dimensions. The shades are French-German type. Every French window has three hangers, every window with two hangers. The cricket is of the best quality. The hangings of the French pane (balconies) are with three hinges and the window glass frames with two hinges. All timber are imported. In Kitchen`s and WC the windows are protected by iron bars of 6 mm thick and 4 mm.

Doors externally and internally...

The externally Doors are made with imported timber massif. All doors are hanged with three binges. The main entrance door is with bronze hand as well inside, also security lock Jaeue type. All doors, verandas doors and windows have at the base, marble risen 2 cm thick minimum with sink. All internally doors are made from pressed white wood and are hanged with three hinges. All cavities have the necessary equipment of first quality. The electrical Installation include, electric lines, cables, distribution box, switches of light etc, wall plugs for heaters-lighting, box board, the bell of the house, the necessary ground connections, telephone plug, TV antenna line and plug (antenna is not included). The distribution board the connection with the counter is for buyer account. The distribution board is Siemens type of five lines including the relay of leakage. The plugs and switches are of local manufactories of the best quality type Tempo. The electric installation lines type Dex are through plastic pipes inside the walls and the roof. Obligation of the builder is limited till externally wals of the home. Further lines are the customer`s cost. For every space provides: One illuminative, two plugs and one switch in every bedroom. In Kitchen, one line for the Cooker, one air extractor, one illuminative on the ceiling, one switch and three plugs. In the salon, two lights, two plugs and two switches, one telephoneline and one TV line. In the bathroom, one light on the wall, line of the boiler, (the plug and switch are placed outside the bathroom). At verandas roof covered, one plug typ Souko and one light ervery 10 meters.

Internally plumbing are drainage installation...

provided on the sanitary ware, the inside piping of the sanitationtill the outside of the house, waterpipes are of brass. The WC closet...

They place as it Shawn on the plan. The sit is together with the pipette and cover of hard plastic, best quality. The items connecting the set are of stainless steel. Every set is escorted with a paper-holder made from porcelain.

Kitchen steel sink...

A stainless steel sink manufactured by EXELINOX common type 0,50 x 1,0 m with two basins are brazen Chrome. The batteries are type CANADA 131. The Bathroom`s facing are at hte height from the floor 1,80 m. In the Kitchen the facing is between the sideboards and above the Kitchen Sink 60 cm.

Wardrobes...

are placed in the bedrooms made from MDF. They are 1 m long and inside 0,60 m the height is 2,70 m about. Inside there are drawers accordingly, also the necessary iron bars and holders for the suits etc. Kitchen cupboards installed and made from MDF material covered with venneer of oak coated with varnish. The total length is (lower and uppers), 6 meters. The inside deepness of floor closets is 60 cm, and the height is about 85 cm. The res wall closets are above the floor closets 60 cm and they are 60 cm high and deepness 30 cm. The material , design, in the same as the lower closets. The closets over the Sink is plate-rack. Also from Kitchen towards the dining room a pass is installed from imported timber of about 1,50 m length and width 60 cm. The launch counter is of German type fireproof and water resistant, manufactured by COGREA.

Painting the internally walls...

The internally walls are painted by light white relie.

Varnished of wooden surfaces...

All, without exception wooden surfaces are varnished by two hands type LEVIS varnish imported, the timber before that is cleaned and coated with one hand of Santorini.

Glasses...

on the balconies, doors and windows are installed semi-crystals of 5 mm thickness local makers.

Fire places...

Upon Customer`s request is installed at the position Shawn on the plan. Outside the fireplace is covered with firebricks. The balloon is painted the same as the internally walls. The corners are shaped round. The fireplace is installed above the floor 35 cm about and the opening is 92 cm. On stable for the smoke.

Guard-rails for Verandas...

after Customers request, at Verandas between the wooden stands guard-rails install made by two horizontally beans froma massif wood, the upper one is the gunner. The upper bean is formed cut 11 x 15 cm. And the lower one is cut 3,5 x 4 cm and the are apart 10 cm.

An attic installation...

upon Costomer`s request, above the bathroom and WC of the House an Attic can be installed by beans of cut which will be indicated by the static study. Above the beans are nailed plywood rabote 12 mm thick and above it Novopan of 12 mm.

Extra special works...

In case that there are extra work which are foressen by the study above, additional work can be carried out upon agreement with the Costumer with the Builders.
